JTL Studio Pte.Ltd, established in Singapore in 2017, is a landscape design company with an advanced vision and an international background. It currently has offices in Singapore and Chongqing, and the Bangkok office is in preparation.JTL unites design elite teams from different regions, involves senior consultants for strategic partnership, provides planning and design consultancy services, and designs unique and iconic eco-landscape projects. JTL accurately analyzes project requirements, customizes the most efficient design process, selects the most appropriate consultants and designs, and provides high-quality design services.

In the past few years, the JTL team has provided high-quality design consultancy services to customers in many countries around the world, covering various types of design categories, such as resort planning, theme cultural projects, large-scale landscape planning, waterfront design, and advanced residential areas, commercial real estate design and other different areas.Entering China in 2018, JTL mainly engaged in real estate development projects such as urban luxury houses, resort hotels, and commercial complexes. 招聘职位| Position

Ⅰ. 主创施工图设计师 1-2名 （工作地点 重庆办公室） Chief Landscape Designer 1-2 (Working Location Chongqing Office)

职位描述:

1. 8-10年景观设计经验，国内本科及研究生以上学历或海外名校留学背景，拥有国际或国内知名设计机构工作背景优先，熟悉中国设计环境，负责完成过高端居住区、商业综合体、公共空间、市政类型等大、中型项目的主创经验；

2. 能够高效完成团队架构，思维敏捷，审美能力卓越，具有较强的专业敏感性和创作思想；

3. 具有较强的施工图突击能力与良好的把控力，能同时协调2-3个项目同时进行，合理安排并领导组员工作；

4. 能够在专业技术会议或讨论中清晰、准确、有效地表述专业问题和解决方法，具备良好的与业主、公司成员间的沟通能力；

5.具备良好的职业道德，团队合作精神，引领团队设计方向的经验与热情，致力于景观设计行业长期发展；

6. 熟练使用AutoCAD，Photoshop，Sketchup等相关设计软件及常用办公软件；

Job Descriptions:

1. 8-10 years of landscape design experience, bachelor's degree or above in China or overseas education background in famous overseas schools, working background in international or domestic famous design institutions is preferred, familiar with Chinese design environment, and responsible for the creation of large and medium-sized projects such as high-end residential areas, commercial complexes, public spaces, municipal types, etc;

2. Be able to complete team structure efficiently, have quick thinking, excellent aesthetic ability, strong professional sensitivity and creative thinking;

3. Have strong ability to attack construction drawings and good control ability, be able to coordinate 2-3 projects at the same time, reasonably arrange and lead the work of team members;

4. Be able to express professional problems and solutions clearly, accurately and effectively in professional technical meetings or discussions, and have good communication skills with clients and company members;5. Have good professional ethics, team spirit, experience in leading design direction and enthusiasm of the team; commit to the long-term development of the landscape design industry;6. Skilled in using AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup and other related design software and common office software;

Ⅱ. 助理施工图设计师（土建类） 2-3名（工作地点 重庆办公室） Assistant Construction Drawing Designer (Civil Engineering) 2-3 (Work Location Chongqing Office)

职位描述:

1. 2-3年施工图土建设计经验，具有名企设计机构工作或实习经验优先，能够与方案设计师进行有效沟通并提出个人建议，领悟设计思路及审美趋向。具备独立完成小品构筑等详图设计工作，并在主创设计师或设计师指导下完成总图设计工作；

2. 能够辅助主创设计师或设计师完成项目施工图综合设计工作；

3. 熟悉本专业相关设计规范和技术指标，了解行业内常用技术和材料，关注行业内新技术和材料的发展和应用；

4. 熟练掌握天正AutoCAD，SketchUp，等专业设计软件。

Job Descriptions:

1. 2-3 years of experience in construction and civil engineering design; priority in the design work or internship experience of famous enterprises, able to communicate effectively with the planners and make personal suggestions; comprehend the design ideas and aesthetic trends. Complete the detailed design work such as independent construction of small structures, and complete the general drawing design work under the guidance of the chief designer or designers;

2. Assist the chief designer or designers to complete the comprehensive design work of the project construction drawing;

3. Familiar with the relevant design specifications and technical indicators of this profession, understand the commonly used technologies and materials in the industry, and pay attention to the development and application of new technologies and materials in the industry;

4. Proficiency in Tianzheng AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other professional design software.
